Next up: Tech tree

Hello all, and welcome to our second devlog!
With funds being effectively done atleast for the first alpha version, it's time for the last stop before alpha 0.1 launch - tech trees!
Gathering Science
Obviously enough, to use science, you need to have it. There will be only one way at the beginning - contracts. Each contract type will have a set reward range, which will determine what reward the RNG can give you. In the future, you will also be able to earn science by using your own experiments, but that's better left for the resource update.
Using science
The tech tree will make progression a thing. For a certain amount of science, you will be able to buy new modules and at one point even other things, including but not only: experiments, resources, and equipment. The 0.1 alpha version will feature the first two eras, '75-'85 Single Module Era, and '85-'95 Early Modular Era. The plan is to eventually have 10 eras, spanning across multiple planetary bodies.
